Faith is not passive agreement with Christian ideas. It is a living trust that moves the disciple toward obedience, courage and transformation. The first step of the Growth Track helps the learner see faith as a daily walk, not a once-off religious moment.

When we believe in Jesus we receive salvation, but when we learn to believe what He believes, our lives begin to change. Faith becomes the doorway into abundant life, practical obedience and confidence in the Word of God.

Many believers face uncertainty, fear or disappointment. This module does not shame those questions; it gives structure for responding to them with Scripture, prayer, community and action.

The free preview introduces the good fight of faith and invites the learner to begin the journey with honesty, humility and courage.

Opening encouragement

Walking in Faith invites the learner to take a real step, not only collect information. This part of the Growth Track begins with grace: God meets people where they are and then gives them a path to grow. The module is connected to The Good Fight of Faith, but the goal is larger than finishing a book. The goal is a formed disciple who understands the truth, practises it in ordinary life and helps someone else grow.

Biblical foundation

The biblical foundation for this module is 1 Timothy 6:12, Hebrews 11, Romans 10:17. These Scriptures frame the central truth: Faith is active trust in Jesus that becomes visible through obedience, courage and daily dependence on the Word. The learner is encouraged to read slowly, notice what God reveals, and ask how the Word moves from belief into obedience.

Practical teaching

The theme of this module is Faith, salvation, obedience, doubt, trust and daily belief. That theme becomes practical when the learner can name what must change in thought, habit, relationship or service. The key practice is simple: Name one place where uncertainty has slowed your obedience, then choose one faith step that can be taken this week.

What growth looks like

By the end of the module, the learner should be able to understand faith as active trust; move from saved by faith to changed by faith; practice obedience when doubt or uncertainty appears. Growth is measured through reflection, action, group discussion, facilitator support and certificate progress, not by rushing through content.

Starter reflection

  • Where do I most need the truth of Walking in Faith in my current season?
  • Which part of this theme exposes a belief, habit or fear that needs to change: Faith, salvation, obedience, doubt, trust and daily belief?

Prayer

Lord Jesus, lead me through Walking in Faith with honesty and teachability. Help me grow in trusting Jesus beyond doubt, fear and delay. Let this module become more than information; let it become obedience, healing, wisdom and love. Show me the next faithful step, and give me grace to take it. Amen.
